FAQ


1. How do I place an order in the CGI webshop?
Placing an order is straightforward:
Select one or more products by clicking the shopping cart icon. The product will be added to your cart and you may continue shopping.
Click on the cart at the top of the page to review your items and see the total amount. Choose your preferred payment method and enter your details.
Orders in the CGI webshop can only be placed using an account. This ensures that only authorized individuals can place orders. In this case, Keiretsu is the contractual partner.
2. Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Once Keiretsu has successfully received your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice, confirming that your order has been processed correctly.
This email contains all relevant information. Your shipment will include a delivery note only. If you experience any issues, please contact Keiretsu directly.
3. How does invoicing work?
The invoice is sent electronically directly to CGI Accounting. It includes the PO number provided during the order process as well as the name of the person placing the order.
4. Can I place an order by email?
Yes, you can place an order by email if it is a bulk order. A bulk order is defined as a purchase with a total value of EUR 1,000 or more.
Simply send the requested products, including quantities, to support@keiretsu-europe.nl.
5. Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
After placing an order, you normally receive an order confirmation immediately.
If you have not received an email, please first check your spam folder.
If you do not find it there, there may have been an error when entering your details.
Check your account to ensure that your email address is correct. If necessary, you can update it there. Please note that this will not trigger a new order confirmation email.
If your order is not visible in your account, it may have been placed without an account or with an incorrect email address.
If you have any further questions, please contact Keiretsu customer service at support@keiretsu-europe.nl.
6. I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact Keiretsu customer service as soon as possible at support@keiretsu-europe.nl. They will check whether your order has already been shipped.
If it has not yet been dispatched, the delivery address can be updated for you.
7. When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on a business day before 12:00 noon are shipped by Keiretsu on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon or during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
8. How much are the shipping costs?
Products from the webshop are delivered in Germany by DPD.
Shipping costs depend on the selected products and are shown in the product overview.
To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we recommend placing consolidated orders.
9. Returns
From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to inspect your order.
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The purchase amount will be refunded to the account or credit card used for payment.
If you return the entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.
10. I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact Keiretsu at support@keiretsu-europe.nl and provide your order number.
We will take care of the matter as quickly as possible and find an appropriate solution.
11. What payment methods are available?
For orders via CGI Code:
Payment by purchase order (invoice) when ordered by the CGI back office.
For private orders:
PayPal
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)
You enter your credit card details using our secure SSL process. We and your credit card issuer ensure that your information is handled securely. Your credit card will be charged once an item has been shipped.
12. I am having problems with my payment. What should I do?
If you experience any issues with payment, please contact Keiretsu customer service at support@keiretsu-europe.nl and briefly describe the problem.
The team will assist you as quickly as possible so you can complete your payment without difficulty.
13. How does Keiretsu handle my personal data?
This webshop is operated by Keiretsu Europe B.V.
When you place an order, your personal data is collected by Keiretsu in order to process your order.
Where necessary and in accordance with the privacy policy, Keiretsu also shares your personal data with CGI.
14. How can I order a voucher/gift card for the shop?
Vouchers for the shop cannot be ordered directly via the online shop.
To request a voucher, please contact dana.schilling@cgi.com. Once the request has been processed, you will usually receive the voucher as a digital code that can be redeemed in the shop.
15. Is an exchange possible?
Direct exchanges of items are unfortunately not possible.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the return process. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
You can then place a new order for the desired item in the shop.
